Bauhaus designer and artist. Born in Haag Am Hausruck, Austria, died in Montecito, California, USA. He is regarded as the author of the Sans-Serif script. His works can be found in many of the mayor fine art museums in the worlds (like Guggenheim Museum New York, Museum of Modern Art, New York etc..).
Herbert Bayer visited Macedonia in 1934, traveling from Skopje toward the Aegean Macedonia where he made a series of drawings and art photographs.
